چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و تعیین آسیب های روابط شهرداری و شورای
اسلامی شهر می پردازد. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت آسیب های موجود روابط
شوراهای اسلامی و شهردار یها و همچنین بررسی علی این آسی بها و تجزیه و
تحلیل آنها و در نهایت ارایه راهبردهای مدیریتی برای کاهش این آسیب ها با
هدف ارتقا سطح کارآمدی شوراها و شهرداری ها و تحقق ایده مدیریت یکپارچه
شهری، کاهش حجم تصدی گری دولت، رویکرد اصلی ما در این پژوهش
می باشد

چکیده [English]

This research is about the study and pathology of the Islamic city council and municipality’s relations. The purpose is recognition of current inconveniences of The Islamic city council and municipality’s relations and causal studying and analyzing of these inconveniences. At the end, managerial strategies for decreasing of these inconvenience for the purpose of promotion of proficiency level of councils and municipality is presented. The main approach of this research is realization of the idea of united management of city and authority restriction of state
