In this thesis, problem, expression procedure of problem, importance and necessity of research topic are initially explained in order to survey the social capital effect on performance of Islamic council. also, this work refers the social capital dimensions, its components and how they influence the performance of Islamic councils. Hypothesis questions and research data are analyzed after introduction of research objectives, and recommendations are presented based on the obtained results.
