Introduction and Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of non-continuous received municipal employees' job satisfaction was done. The study of administrative criteria, applied research. Researcher with infrequent recognition of the effect of job satisfaction seeks to pave the official policy is to improve the level of job satisfaction.
Method:In this study, the study Due to the nature of research and study population in the form of multi-stage stratified random sampling method is used. The survey used a combination of documents and necessary information is collected using a questionnaire. The populations of the research staff in the municipality of C that make up the sample of 130 people were questioned. After extracting the data collected and coded using SPSS statistical software is analyzed.
Results: The results of this study show that 6 hypothesis between all of the receipts infrequent satisfaction with job satisfaction are related. And this is the positive relationship with job satisfaction among infrequent satisfaction of receipts also increased
conclusion:Taking into account the correlation coefficient calculated for the association between variables the correlation between insurance service satisfaction, satisfaction with finances and satisfaction with health services - welfare and job satisfaction reported is significant.
